The candidates are required to submit original copies of academic transcript of the SSC and HSC examinations to the respective department at the time of admission. The candidates also have to submit:
(1) 3 (three) copies of SSC academic transcript
(2) 3 (three) copies of HSC academic transcript
(3) 3 (three) Copies of PP size color photograph (as same as admission test admit card)
(4) Admission test admit card.
